Edward has the right idea about keeping these maps generic. I changed the heading for the different map layers to remove Hanna and insert Hurricane. We should keep these updated on an ongoing basis for all hurricane areas and for any specific hurricane we can fix the link to display the part of the map that is relevant for the specific storm. I did create a new map for refugee reports because I think that will be specific to each storm.

new Wiki structure
